Sausandesigns is up again

You may have noticed that my site as well as many other sites in digiscrapping world have been down..it was one of the hardest and weirdest time most of us experienced with our sites or this host in particular, especially as there was no communication at all. So also the shop owners didn’t know what to tell their customers. Fortunately the prob was solved (at least somehow) and most of our sites are up again with no or almost no loss of data. But of course there are still some that lost all…..I really hope that all will be good for those dear friends too. What amazed me most, was the help we shared among us all, not only digiscrappers that are known to be helpful and caring but also with those that just shared the same host with us but didn’t have to do anything with our business at all. I especially appreciated this, as sometimes I have the feeling that when it comes to tech terms my knowledge and understanding of what is going on might be limited. So I want to expicitly say Thank you to all of you being so helpful and having an open ear for all despite being in the same bad or sometimes even worse situation.
Apart from this I am trying to share my time between teaching Italian, designing, DD in puberty, DS experiencing his last days of kindergarten and SO and I on our way of buying a house …. an old house that will be turned upside down, to be exact. I didn’t even imagine how time consuming the planning of the “hardware” is already, and the “little things” like which floors to take or where to put all those sockets LOL are still lying in front of us. Although it helps having married an architect it is still a fun and sometimes tiring and frustrating ride through tons of new stuff to learn, feeling the need of making it all right as this will be our home for the next 30 + yeasr…maybe it would have been easier to build it all new LOLOL instead of squeezing all the new stuff into an old house. Well…this is just a short update. I am off to teach Italian now.
