**By purchasing one of my downloadable products or downloading one of my freebies you are obtaining a "License for Personal Use" and you are agreeing to the terms of this user license.**
All graphics/images/designs are copyrighted by Sylvie Wagner / Sausan Designs. They are licensed to you, n o t sold to you and they therefore will not be your property.
You are obtaining a license to use them and only you are permitted to use them. Any other person who wants to use my designs, has to purchase and download them from www.sausandesigns.com or www.scrapbookgraphics.com.
My designs may n o t be used for commercial purposes w i t h o u t my written permissionYOU MAY
- use my designs/images for your own personal scrapbooking layouts
- alter, resize, recolor etc. my designs to suit your scrapbooking needs
- use my designs in layouts that are submitted to scrapbooking sites and /or related site or magazines as long as proper credit is given to Sausan Designs
- print my designs for your own scrapbooking projects
- make one (1) copy of my designs including all proprietary notices as TOU files, for your own back-up purposes
YOU MAY NOT
- take credit for the altered images or claim them as your own work
- distribute my designs in any way, as re-selling, sharing, loaning etc.
- create brushes or tubes from my designs and redistribute them in any way
- use my designs for web design or web templates, albums, any kind of eBay pages, cards or any other type of art that will be used for the purpose of selling or generating income
- use my designs for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral or racial material or anything that may be harmful or offensive to another person
- use my designs or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;
- offer my designs on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo groups or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the images and text provided on within this kit does not give you any rights to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner.
